In November, we served up our hottest ‘Sport with Style Session’ yet, at Covent Garden studio, Yotopia, where 50 London ladies took to the matt to sample either Hot Pilates (workout in 40°C) or traditional Yogalates (at room temperature).
With both classes fully booked and lots of new Boutique faces, it was a great way to start the week. After the classes, tasty nibbles promoting post workout recovery were provided by Soulmate Food, as well as refreshing Vita Coco, 100% Natural Coconut Water - a Boutique favourite!
For ladies looking to top up their winter gym wardrobe, Lorna Jane Activewear showcased their latest winter workout wear; with brightly coloured workout tops and all weather leggings and our ladies were treated to an extra 20% off sales on the night! Everyone left fully energized with a goodie bag and big smiles all round!

Our latest exclusive ‘Sport with Style’ event created a buzz in Chelsea back in June, 2012. For the first time, Boutique ladies were offered the choice of three activities: Yoga with Lululemon Athletica ambassador, Mercedes Ngoh; a Barrecore class, the latest US trend to hit our shores incorporating yoga, ballet and weight training, or a 5k run around Battersea Park the streets of Chelsea with PT Mollie Millington for a ‘pop up’ Boutique Run Club. Barrecore places were especially popular which meant that Barrecore offered extra classes to 35 lucky ladies!
Celebrity guest, Kerry Ellis, opted to take part in Yoga at Lululemon Athletica. A regular when it comes to gruelling work and exercise schedules, Boutique Sport’s Yoga based event proved to be the perfect way to relax before her tour with West End Men.
Following the class attendees were able to rehydrate with a Vita Coco, while mingling and shopping in the lululemon showroom. All ladies were rewarded with a goody bags courtesy of SportSister and Filthy Gorgeous.

Boutique Sport meets BOOM! Cycle Studio
Our first indoor cycling class was held at BOOM! Cycle Studio in May 2012. Places were snapped up quickly and an extra class had to be put on to accommodate demand for the event.
The class was a high energy and motivational workout led by instructor Nathalie Rosenberg, in a dark studio with pumping music. The session incorporated strength training of the upper body and core using weights, as well as an intense leg workout, for a seriously sweaty indoor cycling experience.
Following the class, the ladies cool down and rehydrated with Vita Coco before leaving with their glam goody bag!
The first of our ‘Sport with Style’ sessions kicked off in March 2012, at Bureau Club!
Polly from The Fold fashion kicked off the evening with essential tips and advice, on making the transition from workout to workplace as slick, stylish and stress free as possible!
Ruth Field followed with her light hearted, motivational account of running! Our fav quote of the night came from Ruth describing ‘the magic of running’ and its ability to have such a significant effect on one’s life… We couldn’t agree more.
It was great to see all guests; making the most of both Q&A opportunities, getting immersed in The Fold London’s professionally chic fashion range and ‘Run, Fat B!tch, Run!’ book signing opportunity later on in the evening!
There was no shortage of activities with; Benefit offering the ultimate ‘office look’ makeover, Coppafeel! providing essential breast awareness advice and PT Mollie Millington offering her running expertise.

Our exclusive boxing event; ‘Gloved Up’ hit The Southbank Club, back in February, 2012.
The evening got off to a lively start with a brief introduction and warm up led by Girls in Gloves trainer Naomi Gibson. With blood pumping and heart rates elevated, the team covered essential boxing techniques including; how to throw a jab, cross, hook and uppercut. Ladies then got a chance to pair up and get ‘gloved up’ practising their new found skills with pads and gloves.
Finishing the hour session off with 2 x gruelling sets of abdominal pad workouts, everyone left feeling elated with their achievements, if not a little achy! All ladies were duly rewarded with refreshing Vita Coco 100% natural coconut water, chilled VnC Cocktails and delicious salads, sandwiches courtesy of al desco.
