What makes you a Boutique Sport Girl?

Keeping fit and healthy is my number one priority and I love nothing more than a 10k run or an open water swim to de-stress after a long day’s work. I definitely fit the Boutique Sport style with my other passion…fashion! And I mustn’t forget to mention my love of baking and of course sampling my home cooked treats.

What is your favourite sport/form of exercise?

Swim, Bike & Run! I am a triathlon enthusiast and cannot wait until the new season starts early next year. The thrill and buzz at triathlon events is an experience you’ll never forget, I urge everyone to give it a go!

Do you have a top tip for staying motivated?

Set yourself clear goals! Whether they relate to exercise, diet or overall health and happiness display your goals clearly and remind yourself regularly to help you stay on track. However big or small your goals are, be realistic and be healthy.
